Let me start by introducing myself.
My name is Justin. I have been a physical therapist since 2013 and have participated in endurance events since 2008, ranging from shorter races to Ironman 70.3, 50K trail races, and most things in between. I have trained wrong and had my fair share of injuries, and this is what I want you to avoid. As a physical therapist, I have completed multiple specialized continuing education courses specific to just this goal. My approach is to get the most out of you and your abilities with an overarching goal of getting you across your finish line injury-free.
If you are someone who has dealt with recurrent or nagging injuries or you just aren't sure how to start or progress your running, this is for you. We will test and re-test along the way to make sure what we are doing is working. You will get all workouts delivered to a super convenient app that will also allow us to track your training load, progress, consistency and much more.
