Program Goals:
- Speed & Agility: We'll use targeted drills and plyometrics to improve your first-step quickness, lateral agility, and ability to change direction under control. Be the player who wins the 50/50 ball every time.
- Running Form & Mechanics: As a PT, I'll analyze and correct inefficient running patterns. This translates to more economical use of energy during a match and a significantly reduced risk of common running-related injuries like hamstrings strains and shin splints.
- Total-Body Strength: We focus on functional, multi-joint strength training that directly improves power output for sprinting, shooting, and agility. This also includes dedicated work on core strength and hip stability—the engine room of athletic performance.
- Injury Resilience: Learn how to properly warm up, cool down, and train through end-range movements to strengthen your joints and soft tissues against the wear and tear of a long season.

- Where: Scheel's Sports Complex, Jenks
- When: December 2, 2025 - March 10, 2026. Tuesdays, 6:30-7:30pm. Will take breaks for holidays.
