Physical therapy for athletes is different. We need to get to the root of why you are injured and develop a plan to move past it. By assessing how you move, how you lift, run, your strengths and weakness, form, technique, etc, we get a whole picture of what's going on and what needs work. This is an extremely thorough and personalized approach to physical therapy. We want to get you from where you are to where you want to be and beyond. Moving from injured to active to optimized is always the goal, and we will develop a clear pathway to get you there together.
I specialize in return to sport/ return to running physical therapy, treating anything from ACL reconstruction to IT band issues with running. I am a level 1 and level 2 certified running gait analyst through RunDNA, as well as a certified endurance running coach.
Once we get you back in action, we also provide an ongoing training/ treatment option to keep the momentum rolling.
I am considered out of network for all insurance providers, but your provider may still cover some of your cost. You may request a superbill (list of charges) from each visit to submit to your insurance provider for out of network reimbursement (based on your provider and plan). HSA and FSA cards are also accepted.

One in-person visit. This often consists of a functional movement assessment (which we can repeat later to monitor progress), soft tissue work (scraping, cupping, dry needling, massage, joint mobilization, etc) and a basic homework plan. These visits vary greatly depending on your reason for seeking physical therapy, and are always tailored to meet your specific needs and goals.
*MOST POPULAR* One in-person session followed by a full month of virtual coaching delivered to you via either the TrueCoach or TrainingPeaks App (depending on your needs). This is my most popular offering as it provides the benefit of an in-person, hands-on visit and an entire month of coaching/ monitoring/ adjusting based on your needs.
Perfect for those with busy sport and life schedules. Weekly or bi-weekly check-ins with ongoing progressions of home exercise program. Home exercise program will include strength and mobility drills, form and technique training, and education of proper performance. All exercises will be delivered via the TrueCoach app for ease and convenience.
